Developer Component built in c++ for windows, to convert your legally owned bluray movie discs. comes with a visual c# example app as well as documentation on using the developer component.
do not use these components to backup video discs you do not own! this component was made to allow developers to back up of discs you legally own.  as commercial discs do not last long. example lord of the rings dvd’s many are now unplayable because of junk discs they used to stamp them.

• backup the actual m2t2 files
• convert movie files to x264 video files, x265 video files.
• set video encoder, bitrate, resolution, and video stream.
• set audio encoder, bitrate and audio stream.
• can also rip to buffer so you can pip the buffer to eternal exe encoders such as ffmepg to encode any audio video formats they support
